The following OSG machines are monitored by the GRNOC Nagios. If any of these machines are unavailable (with the exception of atlas.iu.edu) you should call the primary on-call GOC engineer 24x7 (see contact number located on the GOC secure pages).  NOTE:  If the primary engineer does not answer, try thier home phone. Wait a few minutes then repeat the cycle. After an hour, contact the secondary on-call GOC engineer on thier cell (see contact number located on the GOC secure pages).

  • atlas.iu.edu - gatekeeper for the IU_ATLAS cluster. Nagios will alert if it goes down (host down - atlas.iu.edu). Open a ticket and e-mail the IU Atlas administrator.

All other OSG problems will be addressed between 8-5 M-F, so create a ticket, assign it to the GOC coordinator, and send them mail letting him know it is there.
